A selected Multi-Family project from ALG’s legacy project experience. As onsite project manager for Northwood Ravin, I led the construction team on Phase I of the McEwen Northside project in Franklin, TN. The project consisted of two podium style apartment buildings wrapping precast parking garages including 340 upscale apartment units, resort-style saltwater pool with sun shelves and built-in seating, poolside cabanas, a jacuzzi, courtyard kitchens, living lounges with fireside seating and TVs, a multi-sport golf simulator, a 3,300 square foot fitness center with a group exercise and conditioning room, a top-floor Sky lounge, private conference rooms and a dog spa. The multi-family residences feature 10-foot ceilings, modern kitchens and bathrooms with elevator access. The project also included infrastructure road improvements extending Aspen Grove Drive.
